This smoothie bowl is to die for, I make one of these about 4 times a week they are so good! So, here is what you'll need for this fantastic treat:
3 frozen bananas
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
blueberries to top
rasberries to top
1/2-1 banana to top
1tbs shredded coconut
1 acai packet
1/2 cup of water (you might need more or less water)
Blend up your frozen bananas and the acai packet, add some water and blend. If you are experiencing some problems blending the fruit, grab a spatula turn the blender off. Mix up the smoothie with the spatula and turn the blender back on. Continue this step if you are still having trouble blending. Add in the frozen blueberries and blend, blend, blend. Once your smoothie bowl is at a good consistency, just thick enough to be eaten with a spoon, pour it into a bowl of your choice!
Top this bowl with the banana, blueberries, raspberries and shredded coconut and enjoy!
