Hey guys! I wanted to bring you all a smoothie recipe that you could make after a tough workout or when you need a boost of energy! This superfood smoothie will keep you full and get you up and going so you can continue your
day. I made this exact smoothie today after having a great workout and it was the perfect meal after hitting the gym! Here is what you'll need: 1 acai packet 2 cups of greens (spinach, kale, etc) 1-2 frozen bananas 1 tbs chia seeds 1 tbs hemp seeds 1/2-1 cup water (more or less) Blend up your greens and acai packet with the water first. Once it is a liquid consistency add in the bananas and blend again! When your smoothie is at the thickness you want, pour it into your favorite glass, top with the chia seeds and hemp seeds and enjoy!
